What happens during a visit?
Our licensed Optometrist performs a complete eye exam using portable equipment — retinal health assessment, prescription measurement, and ocular pressure check. Then our registered Optician takes your measurements, helps you choose from the frames on hand, and handles fitting and adjustments. Exam to eyewear, in one visit.
How long does it take?
Plan for about 45–60 minutes for an exam plus frame selection. Group visits are scheduled in blocks so each person gets one-on-one time.
I already have a prescription. Can I just buy glasses?
Yes. Bring a current prescription (within two years) and our Optician will fit and dispense from it — no exam required.
How long until my glasses are ready?
Most orders are ready within 7–10 business days. We return to fit and adjust them in person, or ship them to your door if you prefer.
Is there a travel fee?
No travel fee for visits within the GTA. For workplaces and residences, there is no cost to the organization — we bill each individual's insurance.
