For administrators & families

how a residence visit runs

We coordinate directly with your care coordinator or activity director. Residents are seen one at a time, at a comfortable pace, with family members welcome. Finished glasses are delivered and fitted in person on our return visit — nothing is mailed to a front desk.

Family members can also book an individual in-home visit for a parent living in a residence that isn't yet a partner.

Request a facility visit

Tell us the residence name, approximate number of residents interested, and a preferred month. We'll reply within two business days.

from our clients

We had the pleasure of meeting Ruby and Dr. Ali for an in-home eye exam and eyewear fitting for my mother — and it was wonderful from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. My mother is thrilled with her new glasses and now considers them good friends.
